I use ShopVox for estimating and Google Calendar for scheduling; template every common product with your stocks, press speeds, and waste so quotes auto-calc labor and materials. “If it’s not in the estimate, it won’t be in the schedule,” so accepted quotes push to the job board via Zapier and auto-slot due dates — saves me from scheduling Tetris on hard mode. I still double-check freight and rush fees manually because they swing margins the most.
